Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If it’s not right, returns are accepted under the conditions below.


Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Tags attached
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or marks

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos

If approved, we’ll provide next steps.


Refunds

Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your provider.


Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
